My Favourite Teas & How They Can Benefit You


Hey everyone, today I wanted to bring you a post all about tea! In the last year I’ve really gotten into drinking teas, for their many health benefits. I really don’t like the typical ‘Irish’ tea or black tea at all. I honestly never imagined in a million years I would green tea for example.

I know so many people jumping on the tea craze lately, so I thought I’d put together this lovely graphic.  It contains some facts about my favourite tea! I really do recommend trying at least one of these flavours! Green tea is definitely not to everyone’s taste but peppermint is a lot easier on the tongue.

I also want to point out that these teas must be consumed as part of a well-balanced diet. Never use tea as a food substitute unless your doctor tells you otherwise. Also, I’d like to point out that I am talking specifically about 100% organic tea in the post below. The same facts may not apply to any ‘detox’ or ‘diet’ teas. If you are doing a ‘teatox’ make sure you do your research before choosing it over the natural tea, in most cases the only difference with detox teas is added laxatives which are not always a good thing!
