I love coffee. I adore it, even. It’s one of the first things I do in the morning and it’s the same for millions of others. I always remember being told that it was bad for you, however in recent years things have been looking up for coffee and science has revealed its many health and psychological benefits.
I am planning on putting together a few coffee related posts, including reviews on various different types, so to begin I’ve decided to put together this Infographic, which states three key reasons that coffee is actually good for you!
